Will the donations help in Australia and the UK?
We've made a massive impact in the UK since we launched and intend to do the same here in Australia. All donations - weather it be product or dollars will be used to help Australian charities, organisations and communities. The UK side of Hey Girls will be kept seperate.
I don't need period products but I still want to help, what can I do?
Thank you for supporting us in our fight against period poverty! If you don't personally need period products but still want to help, you can head to our donations page to give what you can.
I've got an idea that I want to share with Hey Girls, how do I let you know?

We would love to help! If there is somewhere you believe needs our support contact our team. This could be anything from your business wanting to offer free products to employees, an education facility wanting to offer products to students or even a charity that would like to know more about receiving donations. What are your products made from?
All of our products are made from the highest quality materials. Our disposable range uses natural materials like sustainable bamboo and organic cotton.
Our reusable range uses a combination of plant based materials and medical grade silicone.
How do I dispose of the packaging?
We've designed the packaging of our reusable collection to be zero waste! The products come in an eco bag made from recycled plastic bottles and the cardboard sleeve folds out to become a period tracking chart. If you do decide to dispose of the packaging, it should always be recycled responsibly.
Orders, Shipping & Returns
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We pack orders as soon as they are received and ship them once a week via a carbon neutral service. You can expect a shipping time of 5 business days upon dispatch confirmation. This may take a little longer during holidays. We ship from Sydney, Australia.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping within Australia is $6.95. We offer free shipping on local orders over $75.
How will my order arrive?
Our shipping is 100% carbon neutral, just one of the many ways we consider the planet in everything we produce. You will receive your order via a fully biodegradable mailer bag or mailer box for bigger orders.
To reduce our carbon footprint even further, we sometime reuse cartons for large orders.
How do I return an item?
We are unable to accept returns on period cups,reusable period pads or reusable panty liners. This is for hygiene reasons, sorry for any inconvenience.
If you decide your Hey Girls Period Pants aren’t the right fit for you, you can return them to us as long as they are unworn, with the hygiene label in place and in their original packaging. Download the returns form or visit the Customer Care page.
