If you decide your Hey Girls Period Pants aren’t the right fit for you, you can return them to us as long as they are unworn, with the hygiene label in place and in their original packaging. Follow this link to download our returns form.

When you checkout, you should receive a confirmation email that lists a breakdown of your purchase and your order number. If for any reason you don’t receive this confirmation within 24hours, be sure to check your junk/spam folder before contacting us.

Hey Girls is unable to accept returns on period cups, reusable period pads  or reusable panty liners. This is for hygiene reasons, sorry for any inconvenience.

Here’s how

Please fill out the return form in the link above. You can request a refund, credit voucher or product exchange within 28 days of receiving your Hey Girls Period Pants.  We can only offer any of the above if the product is unworn with the hygiene label still in place.

You will need to pay for the return of the product to us. We advise using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for the parcel if it does not arrive back at Hey Girls HQ.

When the product is received safely back at our HQ, we will send a replacement product, process the refund or send a voucher within 14 days. Any refund will be paid back to the payment method you used to make your purchase.

Faulty Products

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, in the unlikely event of receiving a faulty item, please take a picture of the error and the original packaging it was sent to you in. Drop us an email at including your contact details, order number and explanation of the fault.

Keep hold of the item until you hear back from us. We’ll happily replace it for you like for like.

If you have received an incorrect item in your order 

We all make mistakes, if you need to amend your order, let us know within 1 hour by emailing our customer service team. Be sure to include your contact details and order number so we can help fix things quickly.
